It’s a new build 4 bedroom townhouse. Not particularly dirty but needs a clean before move in. The house has had a basic builder's clean, but there is still a layer of fine construction/drywall dust on surfaces, inside cupboards, and in tracks. The house will be completely empty (no furniture). But we are planning to get few deliveries and assemble some furniture. Scope of Work: Dusting & Wiping: Full top-to-bottom wipe down of all surfaces, light fixtures, skirting boards, and switches to remove fine construction dust. Cabinets: Deep clean inside and outside of all kitchen cabinets, drawers, and bedroom wardrobes. Floors: Thorough vacuuming of all carpets and multiple mops of hard floors to remove sticky residue/dust. Windows & Tracks: Clean inside windows, window frames, and vacuum/wipe out window tracks. Bathrooms: Clean and sanitize toilets, showers, and tubs, including removing any lingering grout haze on tiles. Appliances: Wipe down inside/outside of the new oven, stovetop, and rangehood. Must provide your own cleaning chemicals and bring you own equipments.
