Find a professional Sony tv technician in Melbourne

We have a Sony Bravia TV. the remote stopped working, so we bought a new Sony Remote, still no luck. We used our phone via Google, but when we changed the router this no longer worked. We need the TV to recognise the TV remote again.

Looking for an experienced TV technician to diagnose and repair a Sony TV. Issue:The TV powers on (white light shows), but the screen remains completely black. No image or menu appears. Sound may work but there is no display. What I’ve already tried:• Power restart• Unplugged and replugged TV• Checked cables and inputs• Restarted multiple times The screen stays black. 30 yr old Sony ( already attached to rear deck area) to be connected to existing areial, splitter ( possible splitter repacement req). I have cable , ladder etc. Check existing New Samsung tv set up.
