I have moved into a new house that has a theatre system by I need someone to set it up. The receiver is a Denon AVR 2809, the tv is a Sony Bravia 7, and I also have an Apple TV 4K. I have tried connecting it up myself but the picture lags the audio causing things to be out of sync. So clearly I have done something wrong. I’d also like to get the speakers in the dining area and the patio connected to an amplifier which I have not been able to sort out.

It is fully wired and connected properly. It’s an issue with the wifi. The security man came and played with the cables and now it won’t work. There are five speakers. It has been operational for years. It’s something to do with the connection to app.

Having yet another nightmare with Sonos software and network-related issues. Have probably wasted 8-10 hours unsuccessfully attempting to reconnect a Play:1 and Sonos One SL to the existing WiFi network. Among other things, keep receiving this error: “Sonos One SL has been added but may not appear in the system settings. In this case, unplug the power cable and plug it in to complete the setup via the system settings.” Repeated issues with speaker(s) not showing up in my Sonos system. Have tried factory reset for both products, ethernet connection, uninstall/reinstall of all, update network, everything. Need someone to troubleshoot the above and successfully set up the system again 🙏
