Looking for someone to refresh and tidy my existing garden, front yard and courtyard, and improve privacy along the fence line. **Scope:** **Fence line** • Create a new garden bed, prepare soil and plant suitable hedging/trees for privacy. • Advise on suitable plants for the space. • Supply/install mulch and garden hedging. • Plants and materials will be reimbursed separately. **Garden & trees** • Trim, prune and tidy existing trees/shrubs. • Reduce height of taller trees (own ladder required). • Weed and tidy all garden beds/planting areas. **Rock areas** • Remove leaves/debris and tidy/level rocks where possible. • Push a metal post back into the ground if possible. **Cleaning** • Pressure clean driveway, paths and paved areas. • Soft wash/pressure clean exterior walls where suitable. • Clean gutters on a two-storey townhouse if appropriately insured for working at heights. Otherwise, this can be excluded. **Waste** • Remove and dispose of all green waste from the job. I’ll attach photos so you can assess the work and provide a quote. You must have your own equipment. pruning and general garden maintenance to tidy up "6 areas". I’ll attach photos of each so you can see exactly what’s involved before accepting. The job includes: section a- Driveway hedge – approx. 60m long: A long hedge strip running along the driveway that needs pruning and tidying. It doesn’t need to be perfectly manicured — just a good, neat trim and clean-up. section B- Tall planted hedge (near bball hoop, where my hand is in pic): Cut back and prune an established/taller section of planting that has become overgrown. Section C- Established hedge (adjoins bedroom hedge): Proper hedge pruning and shaping. This section is taller and will require a ladder to cut it back and give it a neat finish. Section d- Overgrown hedge (main bedroom window hedge): This needs a more substantial prune/cut-back as it has become quite overgrown and is obstructing sunlight. A ladder will also be required here. Section E- Backyard/pool & gazebo area: Prune the hedge/plants underneath and around the gazebo, including palms that need cutting back. There are also some basic poolside plants that have become overgrown and need a general tidy/prune. Ladder required for some sections. Section F- Banana palms: We have 3 banana palm plants in pots that are sprouting heavily and need the excess growth cut back and properly pruned/tidied. Chainsaw up all trees already cut down and fill the skip. Hedge the rest and fill the skip. Job is reasonably big, 2-3 days, but let’s start with 1… ideally available to start tomorrow Wednesday 23rd September. Have own tools and gloves and be able to drag, cut and throw into skip. Trees must be cut up to condense space in skip. Start any time.
