Hello, I’ve got a Mitsubishi air conditioner put up a couple of years ago. It was operating normally yesterday morning, but yesterday arvo it has stopped functioning correctly. When switched on (including via the manual on/off button on the indoor unit), it starts briefly for 2 to 3 seconds and then shuts down. The outdoor unit also clicks on and off in the same pattern, and the system will not stay running. There are no status or fault lights showing on the indoor unit. The remote control appears to be transmitting, but the unit does not respond, and the only way to operate is via the manual button, however even then it will not continue running.
