The work will be completed in two visits: 1. First visit – safely disconnect/decommission and remove the outdoor unit, including properly handling/recovering the refrigerant as required. The unit needs to be moved out of the way so we can pour a continuous concrete slab underneath the area. 2. Second visit – approximately 2–3 days later, once the concrete is ready, return and professionally reinstall the same unit in its original position on the new concrete slab, reconnect everything, vacuum/pressure/leak test as required, commission the system and make sure it is operating correctly. The unit is currently working, so it must be removed and reinstalled without damage. Must have the appropriate Victorian air-conditioning/refrigeration and refrigerant-handling licences, and appropriate electrical licensing/contractor arrangements for any electrical work required.
