Fix my refrigerator, freezer is cold but refrigerator is not cooling and food stuff like milk and other items are getting spoiled.

I have a Brivis Buffalo 52, Gas, Externally Mounted, Cental Heating unit which provides ducted heating to my home. The pilot burner operates normally but even when the internal mercury switch thermostat controller is set to maximum heating the gas to the main burner does not flow and there is no main burner ignition. The mercury switch does work so I believe the problem is in the external unt.

I have a Brivis hearing and cooling system. The heating system has stopped showing up on thermostat where you change the mode from heating to cooling. It’s NC6 thermostat with manual Mode button. I anyway wanted to replace this with NC7 so I had ordered and replaced with NC7 however same problem persist. Evap cooling shows up fine but no heating. This could be a problem with pilot in the heating system as gas on this property was switched off, which would have caused the pilot to go off. I had to switch on pilot on Gas water heater manually, so it’s my guess that it’s the same problem. Can someone experienced and certified professional attend this issue. I have two under floor heating ducts that dont seem to be working. I am unsure if they have "disconnected" or if there is another issue. All other ducts work fine.

Required a technician to fix my Brivis ducted heating with an add-on cooling inverter. Models and connection points are on the pictures. Tasks to be done are: 1. Run refrigerant connection between the add-on cooling inverter to the ducted system. 2. Pressurise the lines with refrigerant and do general service if required. 3. Connect the existing gas line to the ducted heating system 4. Turn on and commission the cooling and the heating system. I need a quote to do the above tasks. To meet on site to discuss the works required and negotiate the price.

Need to replace the existing heating and cooling duct’s that’s in the ceiling. This is a 3 bedroom house and has about 10 heads for each system.

looking for some help with fixing some issues in my gas ducted heating. Realised that the airflow is not consistent in some vents and in a couple there's no air flow at all. I wonder if the ducts under the floor have become disconnected from the vent. Under house access is available.

Suspected electrical fault with gas ducted heating, works intermittently

Help the pilot has gone out in our ducted heating unit which is up in the roof. I climbed up there yesterday but could not manage to fix it. There is a flashing red light on the electrical current unit just have to someone to relight it for me. Kind regards, Kerry

We just moved to a new house and we have a ducted heating and cooling system installed. We are unsure when was it last serviced and the agent is not able to give us answer. We would like It to be serviced and ensure everything is in order. I am also unsure about the brand as I can't climb the roof however here are some picture of the control unit in the house and the outside unit.
