Will pull out the air conditioner just need a brick layer to supply similar bricks and cover it

I have a Lennox air conditioner that blows cold air just fine, but it doesn’t produce warm air. When I switch to heating mode, the air comes out, but it’s still cold. I’m looking for someone who can repair it. Thank you.

2 x split system air con clean. Our bedroom split system appears to have mould inside it, looking for a deep clean. The second unit looks like only a normal clean would be required. Photos are of the first unit

Need the indoor and outdoor split system clean/maintained, I’ve done the removable filters myself, so it’s more the inner components. Outdoor unit needs a short section 30cm of insulation replaced.
