Also need to decommission a ducted gas heater. The machine is easy to access, which is on the side of the house, not under the house. Certificates are required. Need to get the job done ASAP.

Air conditioner seems to now be blowing cold like it should be, I suspect it probably just needs a good service. Indoor ladder may be required to reach it as the unit is mounted quite high as shown in pictures.

The reverse cycling system needs to be reviewed. Preference is job to be reviewed before accepting.
