Hi, I’m looking for a quote for air conditioning inspection and repairs at my property in Bulleen. There are 4 air conditioners in total. Three were installed previously, and one is a newer unit installed last year. They have already been cleaned. At the moment, there are two issues that need attention: 1. One outdoor unit cover/panel has not been fitted properly and needs to be secured correctly. 2. The downstairs air conditioner previously stopped working. It started working again for a while, but now it seems to be having problems again and needs to be checked and repaired. I need all four units to be inspected and any necessary repairs completed. Importantly, the inspection and repair work must be carried out by a properly licensed/qualified air-conditioning and refrigeration technician. I also need the relevant service report/certificate issued by the technician who actually carries out the work, not by an external person who did not perform the inspection or repairs. We need to relocate our Brivis Ice Inverter ducted air conditioner condenser to the other side of our house. Only the inverter unit needs to be moved. The ducts and fan gas heater unit can stay in their current location. The distance of the new location is approximately 15m away. (See photos) Easy access is available under the house. I believe power on 32A can be run from the exisiting power box as well.
