*this is not the final price* My upstairs split-system air conditioner leaks water inside whenever it’s running. It appears the condensate drain isn’t draining outside properly. There is supposed to be a drain pipe exiting the wall, but the wall penetration doesn’t appear to be fully drilled/completed, causing water to leak indoors.
