Samsung split system air conditioning unit does not heat or cool, it just blows air at ambient temperature. The unit on the roof seems to be ramping up/down like normal depending on how many inside units are running. Have tried selecting different modes of operation which does not seem to change anything. I have had feedback that it may be leaking refigerant and could be in need of re-gassing. The unit is only a couple of years old. Looking for someone to come and do an inspection and fix if possible.
