Hi! We’re looking for an experienced plasterer or handyman to repair several holes and marks left in our plasterboard walls following the replacement of our air conditioning units. There are two affected areas, as shown in the attached photos. Scope of work: * Patch and repair the holes left behind from the previous AC installations. * Repair any surrounding plasterboard damage, screw holes and wall imperfections. * Properly fill, plaster and sand all repaired areas. * Ensure the finished surfaces are smooth, flush with the existing walls and ready for painting. * Protect the surrounding areas and clean up any dust and debris afterwards. Important: * We only require the plasterboard repairs and surface preparation. * No painting required – we’ll handle priming and painting ourselves. * Please supply all necessary plasterboard, filler, tape and other repair materials. * Existing AC piping/cabling must remain undisturbed. Our King Fisher reverse cycling unit has been sitting idle for some months, when we tried to turn it on with the remote, it briefly started for half a second then turned off and wont turn back on.
