Looking for an experienced air conditioning technician to diagnose and rectify a zoning issue on an older ActronAir ducted air conditioning system. The system was accidentally operated for approximately 10 minutes while both zone switches were turned off. During this time, banging/thumping noises were heard from the ceiling space. Since then, airflow has been significantly reduced. After attempting multiple resets and cycling the zone switches, it now appears both zones may be stuck or not opening correctly. I have 2 Samsung air conditioner units. 1 is dedicated to servicing just the ground and at the moment is flashing a red light the other services level 1 and 2. There are 3 bedrooms on the middle level and they are all individually zoned and level 2 has 1 bedroom, which is also individually zoned. I believe the filters need to be looked at. The heating and cooling function doesn't seem to be working all that well either. Possibly needs to be filled with gas? I have a Fujitsu split system air conditioner that I want to get serviced. It is working well, expect it makes a creaking/clicking sound when using low fan mode only. I have two other AC units that have no issue that could be checked also.
