My Emerald Energy Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner won't activate heating mode. The AC turns on and the other modes work fine, but when I switch to heating the AC doesn't blow any air at all.

I need an experienced air conditioning technician to replace a faulty condenser fan motor on my ducted air conditioning system in Rouse Hill NSW 2155. A technician has already inspected the system and identified that 1 of the 2 condenser fans is seized. This is causing abnormal operating pressures and reducing the system's efficiency. The previous technician has recommended: Supply and install a new condenser fan motor Isolate power and make the system safe Remove the faulty/seized fan motor Install the replacement motor Test the system thoroughly after installation Check the operating pressures and confirm the system is running correctly Inspect the condenser because some copper pipes have shifted and are rubbing against sharp panels, and rectify this if required Inspect all accessible refrigerant/copper pipes and properly insulate any exposed or uninsulated sections of pipe There may also be a refrigerant or metering-device issue, but the previous technician advised that this should only be assessed after the fan motor is replaced and the system is retested.
