So I really need help fixing a bungalow, doesn't need to follow any strict regulations as it's not council approved. Basically something caught fire and had alot of smoke damage in th garage/bungalow. I'm not too sure how much is salvageable so would really appreciate an honest opinion since I've lost alot of things including my emergency cash :/. Glass has shattered, middle board of the ceiling cracked (not sure if whole ceiling needs to be replaced) door is questionable. I'm willing to repaint walls and roof myself and replace floorboards. Willing to buy things ahead of time and help out if it can save me some money. Please help!

Hi, Need a quote on how much this small window can be fixed please? There is no rubbish to clean, just to remove the hard board and install new window that is all. If someone can please get in touch with a reasonable cost which does not include cleaning, that would be great.
