Some gaps need filling on top. Broken tiles need to come off, sanded down and painted with textured paint. Also the wood piece at the bottom needs to be sanded flat and painted. An aluminium window needs to be removed. Note: just unscrewed as no sealant was applied when installed. Wooden framework needs to be repaired/ Sanded and painted with appropriate exterior paint on the outside and interior waterproof paint on the inside. The window then needs to be placed back.
