I need a builder to create a gyprock for a sliding door on an open space - Due date: Flexible

I am trying to get a secondary kitchen approved for change of use (complying development) to run a home-based food business out of. I have already been in touch with a certifier who has confirmed I am eligible for the CDC, but he is extremely flaky and getting a response out of him is very difficult and frustrating. I would like an accredited certifier who is reliable to just come out, do the inspection and complete the CDC for me. The kitchen is located in the "Laundry" room of the home, which is not in use for residential purposes. There is a large stainless steel sink, stainless steel work bench, adequate ventilation (outward facing door with a security mesh screen), a pantry right next to the room which is separate from the residential pantry. The room is 3mx1.6m. Is anyone able to get this done? Bonus points if you are happy to skip the BS and just sign the thing off for me. I have the floor plans, statement of environmental effects and planning certificate. No architectural plans as there is no construction intended or required.
