I had to open it and slowly lower the shutters which resulted in partial snap of shutter as per photo. Scope of work includes: Inspecting and straightening/re-aligning the vertical side tracking channels where the jam occurred. Re-threading the detached bottom rail back onto the aluminum shutter curtain. Checking the side alignment clips (V-clips) on the lower slats to ensure smooth, level tracking. Testing the operation to ensure it glides up and down without binding.
