My electric roller shutter stopped working after it got stuck on something while closing. I could still hear the motor running, so I believe the motor is fine. After opening the casing, I found the shutter had jammed, and while unrolling it manually, one of the power wires came loose from the small 4-pin plug adaptor that connects to the motor. There was a small spark when the wire slipped out. I need someone to help reconnect the wires properly to the adaptor (or replace it if needed) and refit everything back into place so the shutter operates normally again. Replace 3 x electrical roller shutter switches with 3 x smart switches. Note1: new switch is slightly different dimension as per photo. May work with existing hole but not sure. I don’t want a new hole in the wall so you need to come up with an option to install in existing. Note 2: quote physical installation only.
