I have a roller shutter that’s in the down position and won’t go up. The motor is running when I turn the switch but itvseems the shutter is off the track. Theres a double door slider and two windows beside it’s quite large. Needing a price for this.

Have 3x roller shutters making noise when opening and closing. After inspection, seems like a metal piece loose and scratching roller shutters. Two of my electric roller shutters have broken motors. I need someone to help provide and replace motors for these two roller shutters. I have taken the motors out and attaching photos of motors with electric plug. I would prefer to get same FAAC motor but open to other reliable motors with warranty as well!
