Apply render to 2x walls sections. Each is a triangle area 1.5mhigh by 80cm deep. Existing render is 2cm There is some concrete overspill and some seal you would need to clear away too, so that it's close to seamless. While you're at it, why not fill in other drill holes typically 10mm in other areas. Let's say there are 12 of those to fill in too.
