Preparing my home for sale and need a licensed handyman to complete several small finishing jobs. Scope includes: Re-grout shower edge Patch or replace one exterior wall sheet (minor damage at base) Trim and tidy excess puffer foam (two small areas) Adjust and align a door Add flyscreen to toilet louvre window Tidy and improve presentation of the double-bay garage side area (currently has weed mat and loose pavers) — re-level or re-lay neatly with crusher dust or similar if needed All tools, materials, and supplies are to be provided by you — full supply and install job. I’ll simply cover the agreed total cost on completion. Budget of $550 covers the full scope listed. If you can only complete part of the work or offer a premium/professional finish beyond the basics, I’m happy to discuss adjustments for the right person. Patch up or replace broken tile and fix tile edging. Complete it so it is secure, to handle a car being driven in and out. Likely will require your own tools. Offer is for the labour and negotiable. Will get your help with what materials I need for you to fix. Did get responses when this job posted previously, however I couldn't get back to this and see/attend to them.

Replacing fly screen on 2 sliding doors and 1 window. Materials provided.

Purchase and install Byute Flash Tape (from Bunnings) on roof leaks and loose screws / nails in roof of a house. The roof is leaking water into the house but it is not worth 're-roofing'. A professional roofer suggested we use this tape but the job is at my elderly fathers property in Mackay so I am in need of a capable Airtasker who has a ladder and does not mind taking the risk of getting onto a roof (it is single story). I would suggest this task to take between 3-4 hours including having you purchase a few rolls of tape from Bunnings.
