Hi there! We have a low timber deck at the back of our property that has begun to rot, and so we would like to have the area cleared so that we can build something new and more durable! We are seeking somebody who has the skills to destroy the deck and built in seating / planter boxes, whilst leaving the attached shed intact and then removing all of the debris via our side gate (1.5m wide walkway down side of property) The deck area is approx 9m x 6m including the front rounded area. The wood of the deck is really weak so shouldn’t be too difficult to destroy We would also like the latticing removed off the fence that was put up around the deck area. For reference, it is approx 30m from front to rear of property. Looking forward to working with you!

We need someone (actually it will most likely take 2 people) to fit three sheets of lattice to the top of one side of our carport. The lattice is in seperate pieces with the edges not attached yet (see photos), so they need attaching and then the frames need screwing into the steel posts and base steel beam to hold the lattice in place underneath. We have the steel brackets and frames for the job and we can provide some scaffolding if needed. We expect the job may take 2 guys around 3-4hours but happy to discuss.
