Kitchen cupboard under sink – cupboard door needs to be re-hung as it has fallen off. 2. Bathroom tile – missing/cracked tile to be replaced and re-sealed. 3. Fence – not looking for a full replacement, just a temporary/partial fix to stabilise or patch it (tree roots have pushed it over). Front door – weather damage and cracked glass panel, requires repair/sealing. Minor paint touch-ups to ceilings, walls, and door frames. Cupboard/robe doors – adjustments/lubrication needed. Kitchen – reseal benchtop/splashback junctions, adjust drawers. Wet areas – reseal bathroom tiles, bath/wall joins, laundry tub splashback, and shower tile joins. Some insect screens require repair. Roof void – evidence of past water penetration, roofing plumber to check. Roof capping tiles – cracked pointing, requires repointing/sealing. Valley tiles – some slipping/movement, needs re-fixing/sealing. Gutters require cleaning; one damaged downpipe needs repair. Fascia joins weathered – repair/reseal/repaint. A new cupboard has been installed in my walk in pantry and I need a cornice to be attached to finish it all off. The handyman said we would need a 1200mm piece of 90mm cornice. I don’t have this. I will need an invoice/receipt.

There are several external fluro lights that need to be cleaned. They are external lights with covers that are full of bugs. They are at the front and back doors. The lights crackle like a bug has been zapped. Please remove covers and clean out and put covers back on and clean around the whole fitting as well. The lights are high so extra long ladder required.
