Fans and light fittings will be supplied for install.

Doesn’t need to lock, just latch so cats can’t open it and family members can’t trap each other in/out! 3. Replace wooden internal-to-external laundry door handle and lock to a normal handle and a double cylinder deadbolt. 4. Replace internal laundry-to-garage door handle and lock with a normal handle and a double cylinder deadbolt. 5. Build a frame and doorway at the end of the current catio/patio so we can go in and out of the garden without having to walk around side of house. Needs to not leave any gaps for cats to escape. If you do the framing/door I can put the netting back on. 6. Build a basic wooden frame and doorway for back roller door so I can then staple fly screen to it all. 7. Build a pergola frame with doorway entry on the hardstand so I can attach cat netting and create a second catio area. There are already holes in the brickwork above door and windows. I haven’t got any of the supplies but would be happy to get everything if you tell me what to get. I think you may need way more info so please feel free to ask what you need to know.

Assemble and wall-mount new bathroom cabinet (still in box) - New flat-pack shaving cabinet, approx. 1200 mm wide and 30 kg according to the box. - Existing cabinet has already been removed, and the wall is cleared/prepared (see photos). - Cabinet needs to be assembled and securely mounted to the wall. - I can install the cabinet doors afterwards, so no need to fit/adjust the doors. - Two people will be available at the property and can assist with lifting the cabinet into position if required. 2. Relocate existing bathroom cabinet to laundry - Existing approx. 900 mm cabinet has already been removed. - I would like it securely mounted on the laundry wall above the laundry sink (location shown in photos). - I have the existing screws/wall plugs from its previous installation, although please use your own suitable fixings if these aren't appropriate or you have a preference. 3. Mount decorative coat/clothes hooks. - Small metal hook rack to be mounted on bedroom wall. - I have marked the preferred position and have some screws/wall plugs available. - There is a light switch on the opposite side of this wall, so I'd like you to sense-check my markings to avoid wiring/studs before drilling and adjust the fixing position if necessary. Please bring appropriate tools, wall fixings and ideally a stud/electrical detector. Photos attached showing all three areas/items. No plumbing or electrical work required. I am free all weekend and Monday morning. The sooner the better.
