Buy gyprock and deliver - cut and attach to ceiling drop steel frame. Include cornices. Plaster and sand ready for undercoat. Need to supply all materials, but can either take away r leave offcuts for disposal. Garage ceiling has access via garage doors - it is a weird triangle shape, so not straight forward. Approx 7.1 long with 7.4 hypoteneuse. Note photos show one garage door open but need full length of garage on the angle. Currently vacant so can be flexible.

Hi, I strategically put a hole in my roof and need to repair it. It's 44cm x 64cm. I already have a replacement piece of gyprock, I just need someone to cut and fix it in place and patch it. I am happy to sand and paint when dry, just need the fixing and patching done by someone more experienced than me. Hi, we are a fall detection company called HomeGuardian.ai. We provide fall detection devices to customers designed to pick up falls and then alert emergency contacts so the customer can get help when needed. We have a customer who lives up in the young street, Georgetown region and we are needing an installation done of 2 of our home guardian devices. The customer has both of the devices in his possession already. There are 2 wall mounts to mount on the wall. These have been sent to the customer in readiness for the installation. There is an install guide that HomeGuardian has to ensure the correct installation of the devices. The installation itself is very basic there is no electrical work required. Simply mounting the wall mounts to a wall at 1.8m from the ground then screwing the device onto the mount and angling the device at a 40-degree angle. Only 1 device should be installed per room. I would only install a device in say the bedroom and then the living area. The customer will choose this our CCT will follow up and advise the customer of where the devices should go. The devices need to be mounted on the wall to prevent any potential for false alerts and to ensure complete accuracy in the detection of falls this is what is outlined in the guide. - Due date: Flexible
