Deep Detail Kitchen Clean + 2 Bathroom Deep Clean We’ve recently moved into a property in Shell Cove and need an experienced cleaner for a very thorough deep/detail clean of the kitchen and two bathrooms. KITCHEN — MAIN PRIORITY This is NOT a standard clean. The kitchen has approximately 20 years of built-up grime in areas that have been missed during previous cleaning, particularly in crevices and areas that aren’t immediately visible. We need every inch of the kitchen thoroughly cleaned, including: • Inside/outside of all cupboards • Inside drawers, runners & hinges • Edges, joins, crevices & hard-to-reach areas • Under cabinetry where accessible • Kickboards/skirting • Benchtops, splashback & walls • Corners, floors & edges around cabinetry Oven and rangehood are brand new and do NOT need cleaning. The rest of the house has been gutted, so the kitchen is the main focus. BATHROOMS Both bathrooms need a deep clean where possible, including tiles, grout, fixtures, cabinetry and floors. There are also some areas of possible mould, water damage and deterioration. We would like these assessed from a cleaner’s perspective — if something appears damaged or requires replacement rather than cleaning, we’d rather know than spend hours trying to clean it. We are not asking for building/plumbing repairs or a professional building assessment. IMPORTANT We value attention to detail and quality over speed. Please only apply if you’re comfortable with a genuinely heavy-duty deep clean and getting into the areas a normal cleaner may overlook. Budget is around $500, but we’re happy to consider a fair quote based on the condition and scope. ASAP preferred. If we’re happy with your work, we also have a second property that we own which is 2 years old, regularly maintained and will need a standard end-of-lease/pre-rental clean shortly afterwards. We’d be happy to book the same cleaner for that job too.
