We have some small items to be repaired in my property before the condition report is prepared pre-tenancy, ideally on Wed or Thu this week. If you are able to spare some time to fix these, can you please send the best and reasonable quote please? Laundry security screen door - Mesh has ripped, so mesh will need to be replaced. 2. Kitchen drawer - install handle (if it's supposed to have a handle) or fill holes so it presents well 3. Painting - living room ceiling by aircon vent has been repaired and will just need a touch up of ceiling paint (it should be approx 3m x 3m area) 4. Laundry window is unable to be opened… This may involve carefully scraping off the paint that is sealing the window shut without damaging the window frame and applying lubricant to the moving parts if they are stiff or rusted. 5. Patching the wall cracks under the window in the laundry room 6. Fixing the lock on the security door at the main entrance/door (The key turns but the door won't actually lock) Thanks.
