We had a leak in our hall ceiling. The roof outside has been repaired and the outside part of a new Skytube installed. Scope of work: Need the ceiling gyprocked/replaced inside (approx 1m x 7m if whole area done), plastered and painted. Hole cut for Skytube inside (marked on existing ceiling) and hole for light cord. Two coats of paint on ceiling where replaced. We will supply paint. - Due date: Before Sunday, 2 April 2023

Small painting job to be done this weekend, preferably Saturday. There is: - two gyprock walls and cornice that need to be sanded and painted - Door frame architrave and skirting board on both walls need nail holes spacked and painted - no more gaps around frame as needed - walls need undercoat and two coats of paint Paint and supplies is already bought and on-site. The 2 walls are approx 3.6m x 2.5m and 2.6m x 2.5m I’d say there is about 4-5 hours work…but please let me know if you think different.
