Front door handle has come loose, need someone to fix it

The door to the toilet is currently a sliding door. I would like to change it to a hung swinging open door. I can source the door from bunnings etc once you let me know what is needed. The frame would need a stop strip of wood added to it. The frame is 14.5cm deep. The doorway opening is 66.5cm wide x 240 cm tall.

I need an internal bathroom door re-hung so it opens from the opposite hinge side. Existing door to be reused. The door frame is metal, so the job will involve preparing the opposite side of the metal jamb for the hinges, securely fixing the hinges, and moving the latch/strike plate to the other side. I will do the filling, sanding and painting myself. Please bring your own tools and include any small fixings in the quote. Photos attached. Please only quote if you have experience with metal door jambs.

The door closer on the entry door to the property became jammed, and the tenant removed the screws in order to close the door. The closer is now hanging and requires assessment. Garage door is sagging as goes up and down. Metal beam placed a year ago but needs another one as sagging still. I think 5 m across. Thicker better to stop recurring.
