Replace three internal door handles

I have had installed x4 internal in hallway and x1 external back door handles on some old doors. I need someone to patch the holes created ae there is no gaps on the inside of the door frame. Property is vacant so accessible any time.

Door won’t close properly

Garage door is sagging as goes up and down. Metal beam placed a year ago but needs another one as sagging still. I think 5 m across. Thicker better to stop recurring.
