I need help fixing three doors at my house: Door 1 – Large sliding glass door • Getting stuck at the bottom • Doesn’t seem aligned with frame • Want it adjusted so it glides smoothly Door 2 – Sliding glass door • Lock keeps falling off • Screw holes seem worn / screws not gripping • Also squeaks when opening • Needs lock properly reattached and door adjusted Door 3 – Timber laundry door • New tiles installed and door now doesn’t fit • Needs bottom planed/trimmed so it closes properly • Also need a doggy door installed into this door Looking for someone experienced with door alignment, sliding door rollers, and basic carpentry. Multiple tasks: 4 weather seals on doors, 2 hooks in concrete wall, 1 slight adjustment to door hang Details: I have purchased 4 weather seals for my doors, I would like these to be cut to size and installed. I would also like the screws on my front screen door adjusted as it has fallen a little and sometimes is hard to lock.

Hi there, ​I am currently recovering from an injury and am unable to use one of my hands, so I need a reliable handyman to assist with two simple jobs around the apartment before the colder weather sets in. ​The Tasks: ​Window Insulation: Apply an EPDM sponge to the right vertical side of a window sill to act as temporary weather insulation, as the window is stuck a little bit open and I'll hire a handyman to fix it properly later. You don't need to do the whole sill, just that one side. Note: I already have the EPDM sponge ready to go, and it has an adhesive backing so no additional glue is necessary. ​Mount Bedroom Heater: Securely mount a heater to the bedroom wall. I already have the heater here, and I believe it comes with wall mounting brackets in the box. It also comes with castors, which will be our Plan B if wall-mounting ends up not being possible. I have a stud finder available for you to use. ​Tools and Hardware: Please note that I will only be providing the EPDM sponge, the heater (along with its included brackets and castors), and a stud finder. You will need to bring your own tools and any other necessary materials (such as your preferred screws or wall anchors for the heater, just in case the supplied ones aren't suitable) to complete the work. ​Location is an apartment in Belconnen.
