Reinstall cornice post bathroom renovation, floor to ceiling tiled. approximately 10 linear meters in each bathroom . There are 2 bathrooms, the first (ensuite) is ready now. The second will be ready in a few weeks. The ensuite will require some flushing around old 300mm ceiling fan and small 100mm x 100mm cut out The second bathroom will also require approximately 2 square meters of ceiling to be replaced (old water leak) I will supply the cornice which I intend to paint prior to installation.

Paint ceiling and cornice in living room and meals area of 2nd floor apartment. Approx 40m2. Minor patching to be done where light fittings have been replaced. Apartment is furnished and walls painted so need to be clean and ensure areas are covered etc. Want a quality job, 2 coats and no mess on floors or furniture and no drips on walls. 2m x 1.8m bathroom ceilin. Old ceiling is flaky so needs a new gyprock layer and cornice needs to be jointed and flushed ready for painting.

In the middle of a bathroom renovation, new cornices are going up today and I’m putting the feelers out to see if someone can come and do the painting (ceiling and cornices only) before the bath etc gets installed. Bathroom is approx 3280mm x 1650mm Toilet is approx 2370mm x 900mm. Ceiling is already painted so should hopefully only need a clean and one topcoat to cover over smudges from renovation. Cornices will need primer and two coats. Must use bathroom-specific (ie anti mould) primer and ceiling paint (white). Price I’ve put includes paint cost but let me know if you need me to supply paint. You’ll need to supply other materials too (e.g. tape, anything you need to clean and prep) but we do have a drop sheet and a ladder you can use if that helps. Will post photos this afternoon when cornice installation is complete.

Bathroom and toilet are currently being renovated and we need new cornices to be supplied and installed some time between Thursday March 13 and Sunday March 16. Tiling and grout will be done, but bath, shower screen etc will not yet be installed. Bathroom dimensions are approx 3280mmx1650mm, toilet approx 2370mmx900mm. The cornices we had in there prior to demo (and that we have throughout the rest of house) were Bel air 90mm, so this is the cornice type we are hoping to install so it matches the rest of the house. Quote to include supply of cornices (ie you purchase and bring cornices) and all materials.

Existing cornice in shower gave way because of incorrect cement used on smooth tiled wall. Has fallen off ceiling because of moist conditions. Remaining cornice needs removal and replacement with with fresh, larger cornice to cover paint loss from old cornice. Laundry area has a cornice piece that fell due to incorrect cement used to attach to cabinetry with smooth surface. I would like a similar size piece to replace this lost piece and properly cemented or glued to the cabinet surface.
