The main mats are already laid; this job is just for the remaining border sections around the walls and edges (see photos for reference). Ceiling has two major cracks from one wall to the other side/wall. We are very very concern it is going to collapse. Cracks gets bigger throughout house after rain and heat however the roof one is splitting at a scary rate. The cracks on each side is a panel of prick so there’s not much holding it up there. The bathroom ensuit has major crack in the middle all around room.
