We have a ceiling fan with a Mercator remote control. Recently the functions have stopped working. I have purchased a new remote control and receiver which needs to be reinstalled /wired.

Install ceiling fan in lounge room (no light in fan) (Milano Slider Series). Fan will be assembled by owner. Ample access in roof cavity with manhole near front door of apartment (top floor apartment). Timber strut to span the joists to hold ceiling fan. Location already confirmed to be clear of obstructions. Switch wire to be fed down existing lounge light switch and change single light switch to double (existing lounge light and ceiling fan). No fan controls to install. Remote is used to operate fan. Install pendant light over dining table. Light wooden pendant (placement already marked). Switch on wall already in place. Ceiling mount and power to be installed. Ceiling height is 2450mm. Photo of ceiling fan and pendant attached.

Remove 4 exisiting light fixtures (pictured) and install 3 identical ceiling fans (pictured) into concrete ceiling where light fittings exist and 2 recess can lights (item photo attached) into new holes in plaster ceiling (track light photo).
