Hi we want to put 3 ceiling fans in the bedrooms (currently just down lights in the rooms) doesn’t need to look pretty we we. Renovating next year just need to get through summer. Have a Heller fan in the bathroom which has no window. The lights are connected to the same switch as the fan. Would like to replace the fan with a stronger one if this is possible. I am on the top floor of the third level and have the manhole key to gain access to the ceiling. Fix bi fold door to laundry the roller mechanism and fixture has come off the top rail which isn’t sitting flush anymore. Hang an approx 5kg mirror to a concrete wall. Have the backing wire. Don’t have drill or the 8mm concrete screws or plastic inserts for the wall. Service air con unit. Replace cover to old telephone plug and remove the old plug

Installing 3 ceiling fans in a 2 bedroom apartment

Hi guys, The lightbulb is not working and needs to be replaced. I think I bought the right one to replace it but the thing seems to be pretty tight and cant open it. You need a ladder and experience opening this lamp to replace the lightbulb. I want it done either today (preferrably) or tomorrow. Please let me know if you can help. The light in the ceiling fan is not working (maybe burned out). A person tried but could not open the dome globe glass cover (too tight), so I am offering the task again. I have the new lights for replacement. As the cover is too tight to open just by rotating anticlockwise, maybe the fan needs to be taken down and dismantled to change the light.

The fan control setting on 2 ceiling fans does not work. Fan is operated using a wireless remote which needs to be replaced, as well as the receiver. The manufacturers have been contacted and they confirmed the above details, they have also provided the product reference for the new remote.
