New remote for ceiling fan

Hello, there I would like to request a quote for the installation of brand-new ceiling fans in four bedrooms. There are currently no existing ceiling fans in place, so this will require new installations. I already have four ceiling fans ready for installation. Could you please provide me with an offer?

Take down old fans by replacing them with new ceiling fans/LED light installation and disposing them of (if applicable). These would include the 3 old fans in the bedrooms and optional 2 in the living(without light and replaced with same) and patio (with light). All fans are wall-controlled. New fans will be purchased and provided

Fan is not working, it was fine until we turned it to winter mode and it just wouldn't rotate. We then turned it back to summer but same thing.

I’ve just moved into a new rental which has been vacant for a while, and the 2 main air conditioners (one in bedroom and one in living room) are covered in mould and dust, and are to high for me to reach. Will need step ladder and would recommend to bring masks.
