I will provide the brand new 52" fans with built in lights. This is a brand new install and the electrician will require to install the electrical boxes, mounting brackets, run the cabling and other steps to install the fans. I am looking to have ceiling fans installed in my home. There will be 3 or 4 in total. I have not yet purchased the fans, however, am wanting to discuss options for installation. Fan is not replacing lights - wanting it to be centred in the room with remote control. I believe the roof is flat and there is no man hole. Looking for a qualified and experienced electrician/tradesman to attend the location and discuss options. Attached are a few images of the ceilings in these rooms. The pitching of the ceiling is roughly the same in each room. Ideally the fan will be fixed in the middle.

I have this fan/light in living room of old home. It requires a remote to operate and stopped working anyway. Super quick job - just want a standard baton holder with a cheap light shade (cheap from bunnings, bring with you to the job). Rip out the old one and replace

I have a new townhouse in Airport West - 3042 - wanting two ceiling fans installed in upstairs bedrooms and an additional powerpoint in one bedroom by a qualified electrician. Fans have been purchased and ready to go in. I’m yet to buy the double power point plate. NOTE: there is no man hole and access will be required via the tiled roof.
