Ceiling fan has been replaced. Need previous ceiling fan power/speed switch replaced with dummy switch for continuous power.

Installation of 3 ceiling fans with dimmable lights. 2 will be replacing a central oyster light in bedrooms. 1 is to replace an existing a/c fan (to be removed also), however we would like to move just this fan location across about 50cm to center to the room. Fans have already been purchased (DC). Details in photo. Also wish to install a new downlight above desk with dimmer switch (hasn’t been purchased).

Remote controlled Arlec Ceiling fan glowing when turned off. The Arlec manual troubleshooting suggest earth wire not connected properly/ loose.
