Replace two existing ceiling fans with two new fans in the living and dining areas. Install one additional new ceiling fan. All three fans are already assembled

I need my lounge room ceiling fan replaced and my ensuite exhaust fan replaced with a 3 in one heat/fan/light. You will need to supply both fans

Looking to get two ceiling fans replaced in my father in-laws Townhouse. Existing fans with lights in place already so no new cabling required. We have the fans already so just the replacement.

Looking for a licensed electrician to diagnose and repair a remote-controlled ceiling fan with an integrated light. The light works, but the fan blades move back and forth without spinning continuously.

An electrician previously confirmed that power is reaching the fan. I purchased a replacement remote and receiver kit and attempted installation, but couldn’t get it working, so I returned the kit. Need someone to diagnose the issue, identify the correct replacement remote/receiver, and get the existing fan working. Photos of the fan, original remote, wiring and replacement kit attached. Budget is $100 for labour, with any required parts to be discussed separately.
