Roller blind is stuck and needs fixing

Need blockout roller blinds (light coloured — white/beige etc) supplied and installed in the bedroom — currently there's none. The window is roughly 278cm wide, 127cm tall. The installation might be tricky, as there's very little space on the sides and top — see photos.

Two wall fittings for roller blinds have come loose and no longer screw into the wall. Some of the plaster or surrounding surface has also fallen off and needs to be repaired. Looking for an expert to remove the roller blinds, repair the placement of the fittings to the wall, and reinstall the blinds.
