Find an experienced handyman in Illawarra

A couple of the louvres on my window plantation shutters have come off and one appears to be loose or out of alignment. I need someone experienced in shutter repairs to inspect and fix it, ensuring all slats open, close and tilt correctly. Please bring the necessary tools and replacement parts if required

Need to replace dryer, so take off the wall, wait for new dryer to be delivered and rehang new one; Instal weather seal, front door; frost 3-6 small windows; maybe some other work.

Roof water leak has damaged a section of the ceiling plaster sheet and will require removal and replacement. The area is @ 5m x 1m. There is no cornice so the sheet will have to be full set and matched with existing undamaged ceiling ready for painting.

Remove and replace 2 x ceiling fans in living room. Take the silver fan from living room and install into bedroom removing old existing fan in that room. So total of 3 x ceiling fans 1 being reused in bedroom and installing 2 new fans in living room. Change 5 x light bulb fittings to new supplied oyster light fittings. I need someone to help with a bunch of tasks. 1. Hang dryer onto wall (above washing machine or laundry sink is fine). I will remove pole seen in photo prior to you doing the work. 2. Figure out some way of making the sliding internal door latch so it can be latched and unlatched no matter which side of the door you are on. Doesn’t need to lock, just latch so cats can’t open it and family members can’t trap each other in/out! 3. Replace wooden internal-to-external laundry door handle and lock to a normal handle and a double cylinder deadbolt. 4. Replace internal laundry-to-garage door handle and lock with a normal handle and a double cylinder deadbolt. 5. Build a frame and doorway at the end of the current catio/patio so we can go in and out of the garden without having to walk around side of house. Needs to not leave any gaps for cats to escape. If you do the framing/door I can put the netting back on. 6. Build a basic wooden frame and doorway for back roller door so I can then staple fly screen to it all. 7. Build a pergola frame with doorway entry on the hardstand so I can attach cat netting and create a second catio area. There are already holes in the brickwork above door and windows. I haven’t got any of the supplies but would be happy to get everything if you tell me what to get. I think you may need way more info so please feel free to ask what you need to know.
