Patch and paint repairs: - Conduct patching of numerous indentations and peeling paint on walls throughout the property - specifically in the kitchen, study and bedroom as well as next to the intercom next to the main door. - *Due to large number of patches, allow patching to cure overnight. - Conduct sanding of all patched areas, ready for paint. - Apply 2x coats of low sheen wall paint to reapired wall - patch-painting only. - Apply 2x coats of semi-gloss trim paint to all repaired door frames. - *Both paint to be colour-matched as close as possible to the existing paint colour. - Clean the work areas.

No parts required other than handles for second Kinesis, however these can be supplied by us directly ordered from Technogym. All units mostly assembled and already in place. We need the cabling system for both leg press and Kinesis re-assembled. We recently moved and had to dismantle our equipment. We now have a Technogym leg press and a Technogym Kinesis apart that needs to be put back together and serviced in Helensburgh 2508. We also have another Technogym Kinesis that needs the handles replaced (handles can be provided if needed) but this piece of equipment is in Kirrawee 2232. Flexible on date/time. We just need someone reliable with past experience with this equipment as the Kinesis system is complex. Many thanks.

There is a double car garage that is on an angle, with half the ceiling needing replacement. Need to approx measure ceiling or calculate materials. Buy gyprock and deliver - cut and attach to ceiling drop steel frame. Include cornices. Plaster and sand ready for undercoat. Need to supply all materials, but can either take away r leave offcuts for disposal. Garage ceiling has access via garage doors - it is a weird triangle shape, so not straight forward. Approx 7.1 long with 7.4 hypoteneuse. Note photos show one garage door open but need full length of garage on the angle. Currently vacant so can be flexible.

Install curtain rod - Curtain rod fell down (kitten-related incident) - I have the correct brackets/fittings, just need proper installation into wall 2. Mount 1x large mirror (approx 120x90cm) - Currently leaning on the floor and needs to be securely mounted to wall - Frameless, so have experience with mounting heavy mirrors please 3. Install 1x floating shelf in living area - Lightweight from bunnings Notes: - Apartment walls (likely p concrete) please bring tools and masonry plugs) - Must bring drill, I have a level but feel free to bring one - Looking for a clean, secure and safe install (i’ve had a mirror fall before and it’s not pretty) Photos attached for reference. Shower Adjustment Handle Adjustment handle is missing. Likely needs replacement cap OR full handle replacement. Please assess and supply/install correct part. 3. Bathroom Exhaust Fan Existing fan needs replacing with the exact same model (or compatible equivalent). Happy to pay for replacement parts in cash on presentation of receipt. Set a small section of gyprock that has been installed to close the gap between a new door frame and the ceiling. Front and back of the door frame need setting, and the back side needs a new cornice piece to match the existing cornice
