Need an experienced handyman to install pre-made roller blinds at a property in Towradgi. Blinds are custom-made and already ordered through DIY Blinds (installation guide here: https://www.diyblinds.com.au/how-to-install/how-to-install-roller-blinds), so this is installation only, not supply. Must be available Friday 4 September, after 2pm. Looking for someone experienced with flat-pack steel sheds to assemble and securely install a new EasyShed Off The Wall garden shed. Model: EW-D3008-ZA Finish: Zinc Dimensions: 3.00m wide × 0.78m deep Height: approximately 1.80m at the front, rising to 1.95m against the wall Doors: 1.50m hinged double doors The shed will sit on an existing concrete base and attach to an existing brick masonry wall. This model has no rear wall or floor. No concrete pouring or base construction is required. The task includes: * Unpacking and fully assembling the shed * Securely anchoring it to the concrete * Fixing it correctly to the brick masonry wall * Installing the supplied flashings and weather-sealing the wall junction as required * Aligning the double doors and fitting the lock/hasp * Leaving the area tidy and stacking the packaging for disposal The shed is flat-packed in one carton and includes the manufacturer’s instructions and standard assembly hardware. Please bring all necessary tools, including suitable drilling equipment for concrete and masonry. Please also state whether your offer includes any additional concrete anchors, masonry fixings or exterior-grade sealant required.

I have 3 handyman jobs to complete: 1. Assemble and wall-mount new bathroom cabinet (still in box) - New flat-pack shaving cabinet, approx. 1200 mm wide and 30 kg according to the box. - Existing cabinet has already been removed, and the wall is cleared/prepared (see photos). - Cabinet needs to be assembled and securely mounted to the wall. - I can install the cabinet doors afterwards, so no need to fit/adjust the doors. - Two people will be available at the property and can assist with lifting the cabinet into position if required. 2. Relocate existing bathroom cabinet to laundry - Existing approx. 900 mm cabinet has already been removed. - I would like it securely mounted on the laundry wall above the laundry sink (location shown in photos). - I have the existing screws/wall plugs from its previous installation, although please use your own suitable fixings if these aren't appropriate or you have a preference. 3. Mount decorative coat/clothes hooks. - Small metal hook rack to be mounted on bedroom wall. - I have marked the preferred position and have some screws/wall plugs available. - There is a light switch on the opposite side of this wall, so I'd like you to sense-check my markings to avoid wiring/studs before drilling and adjust the fixing position if necessary. Please bring appropriate tools, wall fixings and ideally a stud/electrical detector. Photos attached showing all three areas/items. No plumbing or electrical work required. I am free all weekend and Monday morning. The sooner the better.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable handyman to attend a residential property and assess and rectify two maintenance issues in the bathroom. 1. Bathroom Door Handle / Damaged Door The bathroom door handle has come loose/out. The existing hole around the handle appears to have widened and there is damage that may require patching/repair. Assess the door and repair the damaged area appropriately. Reinstall, repair or replace the door handle as required. The finished repair must be secure, functional and neat. 2. Bathroom Window Lock The bathroom window currently has no functioning lock/latch. Assess what hardware is missing or required. Supply and install a suitable replacement lock/latch so the window can be securely closed and locked. Please include all labour and clearly advise of any anticipated material costs in your offer. We require someone experienced in general property maintenance and repairs who can provide a professional, long-term solution rather than a temporary fix. Please also provide before and after photos and advise us if you identify any additional issues while onsite before completing work outside the agreed scope.
