Move Awning from Ettalong Beach to Copacabana. Dismantle, move and reinstall awning and side privacy wall. We need a team to dismantle an awning over a deck. This includes 4.3m wide x 3.8m colourbond roof. You'll also need to dismantle the support beams 2.4m at highest point and 2.2m high at lowest end. The side privacy panels also need to move. (2.4m x 3.8m) The materials then need to be transported from Ettalong Beach to Copacabana (25min drive). At Copacabana this then needs to reassembled. The house at Ettalong Beach is single level on a flat block. The house at Copacabana is on a sloped block but all access will be through the road level access. This needs to be removed from the Ettalong Beach house before 2nd February (the house is being demolished). Let me know what other information you need and what is your fair competitive offer.

Timber is moulded on outdoor patio frame so needs cleaning. Needs painting after cleaned.

The existing awning is located on the upstairs balcony and is 3.6m wide. This needs to be taken down and a new unit of same size installed. Brackets may not line up with existing fitting so may require fitting in a different position. Some roof tiles will need to be lifted to gain access to the coach bolts that are securing the existing awning to the barge board. This is definitely a two person job but should take 1-2 hours to complete. After reading the installation instructions, the procedure is to fit the awning brackets (2) to the target location and once secure the awning is lifted into position and locked into the brackets. There may be some adjustments necessary to fine tune the angle of the awning but this looks straight forward and is well described in the installation instructions.

All brackets are installed, just need 2 Strong men to lift the electric folding arm awnings into position probably 20 mins work total
