I need a proper external lock installed on my timber gate in Subiaco so I can open and lock it from both sides (like a normal external door). Job includes: • removing the existing latch • installing a deadlock or gate lockset (key both sides) • drilling/chiselling the mortice in the gate • fitting the striker plate into the brick pier • making sure the gate closes smoothly • sealing any old screw holes Gate is solid timber and easy to access from both sides (photos attached). Supply and install a manually openable timber vehicle gate and side gate at a property in Coolbellup where an old extension had recently been demolished. We need 2 timber gates installed. 1 gate will be to replace an existing timber gate that is rotted that needs to be removed (first 3 pics).
