A week ago, we had a contractor repair our 85sqm alfresco. They applied an exposed aggregate with a base coat and flake finish. However, the texture was very rough on the bare feet. Hoping if you can please quote to hone (light grind) to smoothen it and apply seal coats.

See photos. I also need the hinge on the gate tightened. There is a small grub screw in the hinge that can maybe be manipulated so the pool gate closes from a resting position. Gate latch on colorbond fence needs replacing as it is loose. I have a new latch, just need it installed. Not sure if provided screws are appropriate for the hollow metal installation though?

Each gate is: Length = 3.2M & Height = 1.3M Rust on the hinges is medium to high impact. There are 2 hinges per gate and no support wheels. They are manual swing gates. The gates swing 90 degrees both ways. Reweld of new hinges is required, stripping back old paint and then cold galvanising and then re-painting (2 coats) is acceptable for both the gates.

Centsys D5 EVO Electric gate needs restarting and setting. Has stopped working intermittently and at times won’t open or close (with remote). Currently on manual setting. Will need help with resetting the motor and getting it back up and running with the remote.
