The side gate has fallen due to the high winds and needs to be fixed.

We have lost our remote to open the gate couple of months back. I rang the company and they have suggested me a remote but I do not know how to programme it. I am looking for someone who can programme it. The remote works for two gates. One is for our house gate and the other gate is for the common area to enter. We are using the remote with out spare one at the moment. Brand name is DEA.

My front porch stormwater drain keeps collecting silt/soil and clogging & flooding my porch during rain. I need the drain and pipe unclogged. Likely requires something stronger than just a simple pressure hose. I also need to know if there is something internal blocking the drain, so may require a camera to be sent down the pipe to investigate. Pictures attached of drain now in dry weather. Doesn't show full extent of silt collected when raining

Need stripped 14G tek screws in my side gate hinges replaced with an m8 hex head bolt, nut and washers combo . 14G screws are all stripped and think the best replacement would be a bolt going all the way through. Post is 50mmx50mm

Need to manually release the arm to open gate

We have a glass pool fence/gate that used to be self closing, but no longer does this. It stays ajar and we are concerned about safety. My husband tried to take it off hinges and rescrew, but didn’t fix it.

Side gate needs alignment and the hinges need to be tightened.
