Find a professional gate installation in North East Perth

TAU D749MA Rev02(11-2014) Electric double gates, one leaf won't open and close properly. I have performed a full reset, and all the appropriate lights are flashing the colour that they are supposed to. It could be a sensitivity thing, but I have tried to adjust the trimmer without success. Needs experience in gates like this to assess and repair.

I have a galvanised steel-framed gate (~1600 x ~1600mm) that needs new hinges installed. The bottom hinge is completely seized, and the top hinge is missing its plate + pin, so the existing hinges will need to be cut off and replaced with new weld-on hinges. The gate has already been removed and is accessible. The gate will be mounted on an existing timber post via the screw-on plate. I believe the current hinges are Goliath G4 weld-on ball-bearing hinges (~85 x 45mm), but I’m happy for these to be replaced with any compatible, good-quality alternative. Looking for: - Supply + weld-on installation of new hinges - Hinges to be aligned during welding so the gate is compatible with the existing sliding bolt latch receiver (I’m happy to hang the gate myself) I'll handle painting/finishing after installation.

Requiring new keys for our back gate. It’s currently unlocked but just for the sake of the dogs in the back would like to be able to lock it going forward. Landlord lost our keys so we just want them replaced

Fence extensions installed to existing fence and gate - materials supplied by us. We do not have the tools to DIY e.g drill and would like it done by someone who knows what they are doing. The purpose of the extensions is so that dogs are unable to jump the existing fence/gate as it is currently too low. Yellow markings in photos show where we would like the extensions placed. A Colourbond gate was blown by a strong wind and the 2 screws from the house wall were taken (the post side is ok). Need to put it back to the original position, but it may need a thin supporting material, rather than directly drilling to the house wall. We pay the materials separately with a proof. The original 2 nails are still on the gate. Ideally get it done by Wednesday as the tenants move in on Thursday 30 Oct.
