I've done the mowing but because of the weather I just haven't had a chance to do all the weeding. There's probably about 2-3 hours of weeding and < 1 hour of edging/tidying to get everything looking good including - - Front garden bed and hedge (some weeds have snuck into the hedge) - the driveway (concrete but weeds and grasses have come up through the cracks) - back garden bed (most of the weeds are being smothered by grass clippings but there's still some stuff to remove) - side fences (climbing things have taken advantage of it and need to be clipped off) NB: Pics a pre-mow so ignore the lawn - Due date: Before Friday, 31st Dec 2021

Hi, Just need all weeds in outdoors area removed to satisfy conditions of bond refund. Flexible timing this week. Expect the person who does it to wear appropriate PPE to safeguard people living in the property. Area not large but be prepared for the pavers. There is a green bin on site. Cheers

I'm looking for someone to give the whole garden a good once-over and reset the whole garden ready for spring. This includes the main front and back lawns (including a thin nature strip), the garden beds, creepers on the fence and weeds on the driveway and in the big pots in the yard. Considerations: • Total lawn area (front and back) is about 130m^2 • We have an electric mower, line trimmer, hedger and a collection of tools if you want to use ours. They're not amazing and the line trimmer is frustrating but they get the job done if need be. You're probably best using your own though. I'd even say I'd prefer if you used your own but I'm going to leave it open to either. Please ensure your offer says whether you'll be bringing your own tools or using ours. • We have two dogs (which will be kept out of the way) so no weed killers that are toxic to dogs • The green bin is big and empty so waste disposal is not required (and should be excluded from your offer) • You need a COVID work permit to work in Burwood
