Hi there, I am looking for a professional gardener or landscaper to complete a planting project across three distinct zones at my property in Derrimut. I have already purchased some of the plants, which are on-site in nursery pots. I need help preparing the beds, planting, and reinstating the ground covers. The job scope is detailed below: Zone 1: Front Retaining Wall (Golden Diosma Hedge) * The Space: A raised masonry retaining wall garden bed, roughly 11 to 12 meters in total length. * The Task: Scrape back the existing layer of white decorative pebbles and push aside the underlying weed matting along the inside perimeter of the wall. Dig a continuous planting trench. * Soil & Planting: Blend coarse sand and a light slow-release fertilizer into the trench to ensure excellent, free-flowing drainage. Plant a Golden Diosma hedge (approx. 18–24 plants total, spaced at 50–60 cm center-to-center). I currently have 5x 140mm pots on-site and will supply the remaining matching pots before you start. * Finish: Re-lay the weed matting and white pebbles neatly around the new hedge line, ensuring the stones do not directly touch the plant stems. Zone 2: Driveway Strip (Golden Biota Features) * The Space: The narrow, rectangular pebble strip running between the concrete front steps and the driveway. * The Task: Scrape back the white pebbles and weed matting. * Planting: Plant 3x Golden Biota plants (Thuja orientalis 'Aurea Nana') in a straight, perfectly centered row down the middle of the strip (spaced approx. 80 cm–1 m apart). Blend a bit of sand into the holes to counteract concrete runoff water. Re-lay the pebbles cleanly around them.
