General ongoing garden maintenance

We have a very large timber decking around a pool. We'd like to repair the decking, and also remodel some of the pool surround, removing the deck, and replacing it with garden beds. You would need to come onsite for further information. In summary, where BBQ is, replace with the a garden bed with trees. Also rework the area around the palm tree. Remove decking and replace with plantings. Similarly, where the citrus trees are, remove some decking and extend the garden bed. We want to reduce the amount of decking.

Around 30 - mostly small - plants all up. Around 20 of them need to go into hard clay soil with compost, which isn't that easy. I have the tools to make this happen but my back won't let me do it! Needing three concrete plant pots picked up in East Malvern and dropped off a few streets away. Pots are heavy and filled with soil and flowers, so will need two people for the job. One pot is tall (89cm, see photo for reference), the other two are shorter (approx 40cm tall, see photo for reference).
