Weed removal and garden maintenance

My friend’s large courtyard needs some maintenance. He will be able to assist on the day. A carbon fibre water feature is to be removed with a nearby (1.5m away), large, cylinder shaped, potted ficus to be put in its place. The sparse back of the shrub is to be wired up to maintain the shape. A tear drop shaped potted ficus is to be moved 3 metres and put in the place of the first ficus. The shrub needs wiring to maintain its shape. There are approximately ten Japanese box hedging plants (60cm tall), and one small camilla, that need to be planted in a raised, garden bed. And fertilised with seaweed solution. All plants are potted. The garden bed is prepared. Three box hedging plants currently in the garden bed may need to be moved to ensure correct spacing. The photo in the messages shows how the area looked 3 years ago and my friend is wanting it returned to this state. The camilla will be planted where the back shrubs are (the lillipillis are no longer there). And the hedging will be planted in the front L shape (currently there are wide gaps in the hedging). Provided items will be: hoe; shovel; garden trowel; garden fork; hose; fertiliser; plants; wire; wire cutters; and watering can.

Garden needs maintenance. Small from garden needs weeding etc back garden needs leaves removed and also pruning plus tidy up. Garden out the back is a bit larger then front. And pictures were taken from real estate. When house was put up for rent. I have a leave blower that you can use, rake etc.

General gardening and weed control.

During summer months the yard would need to be whipper-snipped every 2-3 weeks and in winter once a month. Not much grass, mainly weeds so only needs keeping tidy. Front yard is a fairly steep slope. Also needed is tidy up of sticks, leaves and palm fronds (reducing fire risk and snake habitat) and gradual cutting back of weeds shrubs.
