The lawn at the front needs a good mow/trim (especially around the edges), however, the grass at the back is still very low and could easily be mowed in 10-15mins. It's a 600sqm block. The garden beds are the main priority, as they are full of these big weedy looking plants that keep spreading at the front and right side of house and are growing out of control in their "garden beds". They're also around the two tree/plants close to the road outside the front of our house, and in the back garden bed near the neighbours fence. I'd like the weeds all pulled out and sprayed to try to prevent them growing back or spreading further. Basically wanting a decent tidy up of the yard. We don't have a green waste bin so the waste would need to be able to be taken away, too.

I recently moved into a 3 story townhouse and I have a small garden/outside area. The bordering shrubs/trees have become very overgrown blocking the little bit of sun and need to be trimmed and the trimmings removed. There is a fold up clothes line in the middle of the back garden and it needs to be removed and disposed of as well.

Hedge trim. Thin out garden beds/remove dead foilage. Thin out some vines on fence and brick wall. Clear a little grass around base of yard trees. Apply fresh bark to garden beds and around base of yard trees. Take away existing grass clippings and what is trimmed and thinned. During week 7 to 11 December.

Weeding back, front, side garden beds and pruning/clean up of large azalea trees in front yard.

I am looking for someone (one person no couple) that can help with the cleaning and general maintenance of my house. I will be having an operation soon and I won't be able to move for a few weeks. During this time I would like to have someone who can help me to keep the house tidy and clean. The areas to keep clean are Kitchen, Bathroom, Toilet, living room, back room and room. I normally spend one hour in doing the tidy and vacuuming of my house as well as touch up the kitchen, for this job we would like to allocate 2 hours per week, once a week. We have cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, mops and all the basic and general items required to clean. We don't use heavy chemicals and only apply more natural cleaning products. We have a dishwasher so we might ask for the dishwasher to be empty and place item back to cabin. We also have 2 cats so someone that feels comfy with animals would be ideal.

We’re after mowing and line trimming of all lawns on the property including the little strip on the street out the front. Also the front fence line hedge being neatened up as well as the purple bush beside it in the front yard. There’s also some pink/purple flowers that need to be trimmed hanging over the retaining wall along the driveway. All garden waste needs to be taken away. We’ve just moved here and will be looking for ongoing/bigger jobs in the future. This job needs to be done ASAP weather permitting. Thanks!
