Hi there we have just bought a house and need someone to take care of some general house maintenance on a regular basis:some examples include cleaning the outdoor areas (no grass), leaves fall from the tree so sweeping it, mopping / watering floors, keeping gardens beds clean, cleaning gutters on roof, wiping windows and cobwebs off, fixing things in house if necessary…. My pool is dirty and my usual guy is away. I recently spent $6000 on a new zodiac robot, EQ25 Chlorinator and Henden 10 speed pump. All of the dirt is going straight to the bottom. I have put 1l acid, a heap of salt, increased water flow from 140 to 220, done a backwash but no improvement.
