My elderly neighbours in East Brisbane (4169) need routine (approx once per month) yard maintenance. This should just be mowing the lawn and cutting back any growth. The first time cutting back the growth will be a decent job; but hopefully maintaining it after that should be much less work. After the first job, following jobs should be able to put all waste in their bin, as they don't use much bin space. I am hoping that would help to keep the cost down for them. This post is just for the first job. Subsequent jobs will be via agreement with them. Please negotiate with me if the pricing is not reasonable for this first job. I am hoping that the subsequent maintenance jobs will be a bit cheaper since hopefully it will be much less work after the first cut back. - Due date: Flexible

Priority is weeding and general tidy up! Hedges for trimming. Everything has become overgrown in the last few weeks my partner usually keeps it up to date but has hurt his back. Rear lawn - area approx 100m2. Lawn is full of clover and other weeds. Grass is Sir Grange Zoysia. - Spray all clover and weeds - I have sprayed the clover numerous times without much success, need something strong that won't kill the grass. - Pull out as much of the weeds (roots and all) and foreign grass as possible Side garden - area is approx 15m2. - Round up spray to kill all grass and weeds. We have a lot of weeds that need removing around our backyard. A lot of coral berry overtaking our garden beds and growing along the side of the property. Fountain grass keeps popping up in the cracks in the concrete, we cut it down regularly but can never remove it entirely.
